Tom Allen
Tom is CEO of Impact Boom and is passionate about helping entrepreneurs to unleash their greatest potential to create a better world.
Impact Boom provides its global community with insights and resources, and has interviewed 200+ leaders on its blog/podcast. Tom leads the Elevate+ Accelerator Program, helping social entrepreneurs develop and scale their impact. Impact Boom helped their last cohort secure $400k+ in investment and funding and are media partners of the Social Enterprise World Forum.
Tom also runs Seven Positive, a Strategic Design Consultancy working with purpose-driven organisations to deliver design-led impact initiatives that deliver strong social and environmental impact. Tom has been awarded two Australian Good Design Awards.
Tom works with universities internationally to develop and deliver innovative programs across innovation and entrepreneurship.
Tom currently serves on a variety of boards and as SEiR at the Yunus Social Business Centre (Griffith Uni, Queensland).
