Expressions of Interest


We are looking to grow a family of local creatives, entrepreneurs and change-makers from the Latrobe Valley through the ReActivate Hub space. We're looking for Hub Hosts and Hub Users to bring the space alive and keep it humming, and we want you!

What you would do as a HOST:

  • occupy the space for minimum 1 full day (9am - 5pm) per week (same day each week)

  • welcome newcomers and regulars to the space, and provide info and short tours

  • manage memberships and bookings during the day

  • ensure basic kitchen and bathroom supplies are topped up

  • make sure users can access wifi, power and other space facilities

  • introduce users to one another to help build connections in our creative community

  • water plants, take out rubbish, put out/bring in the Get Swapped hub

  • expand the reach of ReActivate Hub through your own networks

What you would get in return:

  • FREE ACCESS to the ReActivate Hub space and facilities on your hosting day/s
  • 20% of the income from your day of hosting (excluding full time memberships) 
  • Special offers at local shops in Morwell CBD (currently under negotiation)
  • You become a key part of the ReActivate Hub creative community  

 

What you would get as a USER:

  • Access to the ReActivate Hub spaces and facilities during opening hours (prices dependent on membership)
  • You become part of the ReActivate Hub creative community
  • Special offers at local shops in Morwell CBD (currently under negotiation)
  • FREE 2 hr trial available for new members (on days that hosts are present)
  • HALF PRICE membership fees for the your first purchase in the year of 2018

DETAILS:

$25+gst p/hour when purchasing 2 or more hours in advance. $30+gst p/hour one-off one hour booking.

Room can be booked for a maximum of 4hrs on weekdays and weekends in specified hours only. $90+gst p/day (4 hr booking).

Room seats 20 people max. Access to other rooms may require other Hub users to walk through the Main Space while this space is in session.

(private meeting room)

DETAILS:

$20+gst p/hour when purchasing 2 or more hours in advance. $25+gst p/hour one-off one hour booking.

Room can be booked for a maximum of 8hrs on weekdays in normal business hours only. $120+gst p/day.

note: In rare cases hot-desking may overlap with a booking for the main space. We expect both parties to be respectful of the others in the space.

Facilities


  • Wifi and whiteboard, projector, microwave, refrigerator, water, glasses, cups and tea/coffee making facilities available.

  • All membership prices include power and wifi.

  • Computer monitors for hire (incl. VGA cable) = $5/hour or $20/day 

NOTE: Any part member can apply to become a full member. Full membership is granted on the proviso that personality and business type is a good fit for the existing mix.

Full memberships granted only after a one month trial period.
